Funeral Potatoes

9 x 13 pan
Boil and grate (or cube) 6 - 8 potatoes - when cool
Grease bottom of pan

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c green onions
1/2 grated cheese

Mix all ingredients in bowl, top with parsley if desired.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
