I was trying to find a recipe in in my Crock-Pot Best-Loved Slow Cooker Recipes book and saw a note on page 143: Simply Delicious Pork. Evan really loved it, but I thought it was kind of dry. I don't know how anything made in a crock-pot could be dry, but that's what I wrote!
