Rhubarb Cake

Cream together:
1 C brown sugar
½ C margarine
1 egg

Add to creamed mixture and beat well:
2 C flour
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Soda
1 C sour cream
2 C chopped raw rhubarb

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13

Top with (mixed well):
1 C packed brown sugar
1 C chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp. Melted margarine

Bake 350 for 45 minutes
